Our products are made locally by our team of Artisans. Our products are all made by hand by talented Moroccan craftspeople. For the time being, we mostly carry handmade products from Morocco.

Can you customize a product?

Yes and that is actually what makes us different from other people in the market, working with a very talented team of Artisans gives us the ability to custom make almost anything we sell except on some carpets that are unique and cannot be made.

What if I receive damaged goods?

Please note that we take great care in packaging and items rarely arrive damaged. But if any of your items do arrive damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will either refund your purchase price or send you replacement items for free.

Do you shape internationaly ?

Yes we do! We are happy to ship both domestic and international orders. Please email us with the items you wish to purchase and your international shipping address. We will provide a shipping quotation prior to proceeding with your check out.. Orders shipping to international destinations may take longer to ship. However, we will provide an accurate shipment expected date by email once you make your purchase. For international orders, please note that additional duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
